A large pebble jar, wheel-thrown in speckled stoneware with a layered white glaze. The form is created as a closed form, then opened and trimmed into a lidded jar. The glaze is applied by brush to create a soft, flowing surface. Subtle spiral details are added to the base.
These jars are both practical and decorative, and work especially well when combined in different sizes and materials.
